About the Society

 

The Great Northern Railway Society aims to gather, record and disseminate information on all aspects of the Great Northern Railway (GNR), its constituents, absorbed companies, joint lines and successors. 

​

It also aims to provide a means of communication between those interested in the GNR, through meetings, its members only forum, and its regular magazine.
