South East Essex Railway Society

About the Club

The South East Essex Railway Society, often referred to as 'SEERS', is a long-established railway society based at Leigh on Sea, Essex. It aims to promote all aspects of railway enthusiasm across the south east of Essex. The Society is for both those with a general railway interest, as well as for the railway modeller.

Benefits of Membership

Weekly meetings, being either social, presentation, or modeller meetings
Intensive programme of ‘presentation style’ meetings on railway themes, typically held twice a month
Occasional trips organised, typically in the summer months
Large library
Significant modelling aspect (one meeting per month dedicated to modelling)

Meeting Days

Usually alternating Tuesdays and Thursdays but varies.
